STATE PRIVACY PROTECTIONS

DE RESIDENTS

You have a right to know that in order to provide you with credit repair and maintenance services, we will collect and keep your personal information, including information from your credit reports. You, credit bureaus, open databases, data aggregators, and other commercially available sources are where we get this information from. The following are some of the categories of this personal data:

• Internet/Network activity to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your previous visits to our website (see, infra section 6. Transparency and Choice for more information); 
• Audio and electronic information; 
• Personal identifiers to authenticate your identity and obtain the credit reports you have requested; Credit report data to help with identifying and challenging unfair, unfounded, and inaccurate items; 
• Personal identifiers to assist with identifying and challenging unfair, unsubstantiated, and inaccurate items; (to record your agreements and authorizations given over the phone or through our web pages).

Without your express permission, we do not sell any of your personal information, including that of kids under the age of 16. We are under no need to provide the "Do not sell my personal information" link on the homepage of our website because we never sell PI without your explicit authorization. When it's essential to fulfill your requests, keep track of your case, or report to credit bureaus or creditors, we'll share your personal information with our service providers. You have the right to ask for the following a maximum of twice each calendar year:

• The types of personal information we store about you in the past 12 months;
• The sources from which we have obtained that information; 
• The business reasons for collecting or selling that information; 
• The types of third parties with whom we have shared that information; 
• The specific personal information we have collected over the past 12 months; The types of personal information we currently hold about you;

Additionally, residents of DE are entitled to the following rights: (1) the right to request that Personal Information be deleted, with some exceptions, such as those covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or to comply with a legal obligation, whether general or specific in the application; (2) the right to request that Personal Information not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and (3) the right not to be subjected to discrimination because of choosing to exercise a right.

We will ask you for information we can match with our records, such as your name, phone number, Social Security Number, or date of birth, in order to verify your identity and authorization to obtain any of the aforementioned information when you submit one of the aforementioned requests. We might also use your system login or some other logical kind of verification, such as knowledge-based authentication, to confirm your identity.  Most of the time, we will respond with the required information 45 days after receiving it. Within the first 45 days, if we need more time to fulfill your request, we will let you know and it can take us an additional 45 days to do so. 

By completing a notarized Agent Authorization Form, you can designate an agent to make a request under these rights on your behalf. You won't be denied services, given subpar service, or charged a different price for services after exercising your rights, including through discounts, rewards, or penalties, unless the price change is reasonably tied to the value your data provides you. However, as our services rely on that personal information, if you exercise your right to have it deleted, we won't be able to continue offering them.

Please be aware that while The Credit Lion LLC offers credit repair services, it is still subject to GLBA requirements. The GLBA has a number of definitions that will apply to pertinent privacy issues. Therefore, in cases involving services provided by The Credit Lion LLC, its service providers, or agents, the terms "nonpublic personal information" or "personally identifiable financial information," for instance, will take precedence over the CCPA's definitions of "personal information," "sale," or other crucial terms defined by the GLBA.
